Ryan Exline and Justin Border make up the Exline-Border Racing team. Ryan and Justin met in San Diego and their passion for horses forged a friendship and business. In 2013, Exline – Border Racing purchased their first horse named Sheza Smoke Show for $100,000. This filly went on to win a graded stakes race before being sold in 2015 for $205,000.

Ryan and Justin consider themselves a boutique operation, specializing in finding horses at good value and putting the horses in positions to have the most success. Initial investors were family, friends, and individuals in the horse racing industry who recognized the model, expertise, and passion Exline – Border Racing brought to the sport. They believe they can always do right by the horse and their partners to produce life-changing experiences and unforgettable fun.
